Refund Policy

When you make a purchase on our website you enter into a contract with UAP Ltd which entitles you to cancel your order within seven days of the initiating transaction or within seven days of receipt of your goods, whichever is the longer.

If you have made, and paid for, an order using our online store and wish to cancel this order within seven days of the purchase, please contact UAP Ltd, quoting your Order ID. Please note that a full refund may only be issued if the order is cancelled before it has been despatched. We will normally despatch orders within 3 working days. If the order has been despatched by the time you cancel your order, you, the customer, must bear the full cost of both the delivery and the return shipping of the order. Depending on the size of the order, this may result in a partial or nil refund being issued.

If you have already received the goods you ordered and still wish to cancel the order, the goods must be returned to UAP Ltd in the same condition and within seven days of being received.

Orders being returned must be shipped with their Order ID and Customer contact details to:
