UAP Ltd (“UAP”) operates several websites including universal-imports.com, pickbuster.co.uk and pickbuster.com. It is UAP’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, UAP collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language reference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. UAP’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how UAP’s visitors use its website.

From time to time, UAP may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

UAP also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. UAP does not use such information to identify its visitors, however, and does not disclose such information, other than under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information, as described below.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors to UAP’s websites choose to interact with UAP  in ways that require UAP  to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that UAP gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up for a tade account at pickbuster.co.uk to provide a username and email address. Those who engage in transactions with UAP – by purchasing the pickbuster product, for example – are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, UAP collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with UAP. UAP does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.

Aggregated Statistics

UAP may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. For instance, UAP may monitor the most popular pages on the pickbuster.co.uk site. UAP may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, UAP does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

Refund Policy

When you make a purchase on our website you enter into a contract with UAP Ltd which entitles you to cancel your order within seven days of the initiating transaction or within seven days of receipt of your goods, whichever is the longer.

If you have made, and paid for, an order using our online store and wish to cancel this order within seven days of the purchase, please contact UAP Ltd, quoting your Order ID. Please note that a full refund may only be issued if the order is cancelled before it has been despatched. We will normally despatch orders within 3 working days. If the order has been despatched by the time you cancel your order, you, the customer, must bear the full cost of both the delivery and the return shipping of the order. Depending on the size of the order, this may result in a partial or nil refund being issued.

If you have already received the goods you ordered and still wish to cancel the order, the goods must be returned to UAP Ltd in the same condition and within seven days of being received.
