4. Standard Pool Heat (electrical) add £120 ($180) per week
5. For under 2 weeks rental add £50 ($75) per booking
6. 25% non-refundable deposit required to secure any booking
7. All prices quoted for arrival on a Saturday and departure on a Saturday, for Mid week bookings, surcharges may be levied for unusable parts of weeks
8. If any booking spans 2 or more different price breaks then the higher priced rate shall be levied for the holiday period unless agreed in writing otherwise by the owners

We reserve the right to retain your credit card details until after you vacate the property and charge your credit card for any damages for example due to vandalism, or for any other cost charged to ourselves as a result of the negligence of the guests. This includes Police fines for activating the burglar alarm. An invoice for the damage or charge will be sent to you together with the credit card payment slip. Any guest who does not settle their rental by credit card may be asked to lodge a deposit of £100 with UAP prior to travel which will be re-imbursed within 10 days of vacating the property if there is no damages or fine to pay.
